Nichole (The Other Cat) is a DC-based fiber artist who is proud to be part of the recent revival of the art of embroidery. Her mission is to inspire others to realize the therapeutic benefits of embroidery. A third-generation fiber artist, Nichole creates unique embroidery experiences where nobody is expected to be an embroidery savant on the first try. Her classes and patterns are designed to be meditative and manageable, and completed within just a few hours.
Each registrant will receive:
- one Western Market canvas tote bag to embroider
- one custom embroidery kit (hoop, fabric, needle, thread, pattern)
- one hour class with instructor
