From March 20 - April 17, D.C. celebrates its Cherry Blossom season. Skip the airfare and travel time to Japan and join us at Western Market for a Japanese-inspired sushi roll making class.
If you love sushi rolls and have always wanted to become an expert sushi roller, now is your chance! Join us at Western Market for a sushi roll making class taught by Onkei sushi Chef Wei Zhang who will teach the basics of how much rice to use, proper rolling technique, and various ingredients to add inside the roll (not just fish!).
Each registrant will receive:
- two hour class instructed by a professional sushi chef
- sushi roll making kit (cutting board, fish, vegetables, rice, etc.)
- opportunity to try delicious sushi made by you!
